It’s good feeling to have that for one week of exciting things that everybody can be proud of; a lot of accomplishments being made in those times, so it’s a real fun time. We’re currently full. These guys are basically coming on because we know three guys are retiring in May. And so to make that transition seamless, that’s why we’re bringing them on now. So by the time they’re getting through all their schooling, they’ll be ready to step into their roles the day the other guys are stepping out.
