THE FOLLOWING IS AN ILLINOIS STATE POLICE RELEASE
An emergency re-string of power lines is necessary this afternoon across Interstate 74 near the G Street Exit (Exit 214 – Vermilion County). The anticipated time of the closure will be between 2-2:30 pm. Please try to avoid this area between 2p and 3p as lingering backups could be present even after the roadway is re-opened.
