The Red Mask Players, Inc. is accepting applications from students interested in pursuing the performing arts while in college. Red Mask will be presenting the Jean Lewis Scholarship to a local high school or college student this year.
Applications will be accepted from students who meet the stated criteria. All applicants will be expected to demonstrate a continuing interest in theatre by their past, or present, participation in local theatre. Performing artists applying will be asked to audition before a committee on April 20th between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m.
The scholarship winner must be a full-time student, with a commitment to complete his or her higher education. The award will be applied toward tuition at a rate of $750 annually, or $375 per semester, or $187.50 per quarter.
