A ground-breaking ceremony is set Monday for the new Towne Place Suites by Marriott which will be built in Danville. Sunrise Hospitality, Inc. is investing $7-million dollars to construct 80 all-suites units along Eastgate Drive on the city’s east side.
The groundbreaking will begin at 11:15 a.m. Monday, April 24th. The public is invited to attend the event (behind the Holiday Inn Express).
The new units are designed to address the under-served market for extended stay business travelers in the greater Danville/Vermilion County area.
