A young Veedersburg woman was crowned Sunday as the 2018 Miss Indiana State Fair Queen. Nineteen-year-old Audrey Campbell will reign over the fair this summer after winning the title in a three-day competition involving 85 contestants.
Campbell, who is attending Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis, will be traveling throughout Indiana over the next year visiting the various counties. Audrey is the daughter of Greg and Stephanie Campbell of Veedersburg. She qualified for the weekend competition in Indianapolis by earlier being crowed the 2017 Miss Fountain County Queen.
Audrey Campbell is a nursing student who was born premature. Her goal is to work in a neo-natal intensive care unit when she finishes college.
