Danville Mayor Scott Eisenhauer listened attentively to Gov. Bruce Rauner’s budget address earlier this week, especially to the parts that concerned Danville the most:
One of the Governor’s proposals about schools certainly will affect the city of Danville;
Eisenhauer hopes that the Governor can see how his plan will affect local governments…
Eisenhauer said that if this does take effect and continues, he sees communities and schools making tough decisions on either raising taxes or cutting services.
