She’d like to get case management software for the office in the upcoming budget.
Why is it important to digitize the records?
Unfortunately, there is a huge amount of older material that will not be digitized any time soon as the manpower and hours for that aren’t available, and McFadden admits there are some things that simply will still have to be put down on paper. Still, the increased speed and availability of information will be a tremendous help.
