Students and staff at Georgetown Ridge Farm High School are celebrating being listed among the best high schools in the nation.
U.S. News & World Report has presented the school a Bronze Award.
Principal Kevin Thomas (shown here) says first and foremost the award is based on how juniors perform on the SAT assessment….
Thomas says the high school graduation rate still needs improvement…
And Thomas also noted….
There is a banner hanging outside the school now which lets anyone who visits there know about the achievement.
