‘’What is your biggest goal in life?’’ — That question led off a presentation this week at South View Upper Elementary School in Danville as Eddie Cortes talked to hundreds of students about staying safe online. Cortes is a nationally-known speaker from ‘My Life Online’. He was speaking to 5th and 6th grade students from South View and Northeast Magnet School.
Cortes says the students need to realize that what they post online…stays there….
And Cortes adds that could affect the students later in life…
Cortes told the students the decisions they make online can hurt – or help their chances of achieving their goal.
