Danville Police say a suspect is in custody in a predatory criminal sexual assault of a child case. Twenty-nine year old Johnathon Trammell of Danville was arrested in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. He is charged with predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and aggravated criminal sexual abuse.
Trammell’s bond has been set at $250-thousand dollars.
Josh Webb, Commander of the Danville Police Detective Division, says detectives had been investigating allegations that Trammell had sexually abused a child under the age of 10. He says the investigation led to the issuance of an arrest warrant in the case.
