The Board of Directors of Project Success of Vermilion County has launched its search for a new Chief Executive Officer. The person selected will replace Rickey Williams, Jr., who was elected last week to continue serving as Danville Mayor.
‘’The new CEO for Project Success will need to have very similar skills and qualities we found in Mr. Williams,’’ says Project Success Board Chairman Keven Forney. During his five years as CEO of Project Success Williams secured multi-year funding and developed dozens of youth programs throughout the county.
Interested individuals are being encouraged to review the position announcement listed on the Vermilion Advantage Jobs Board, and, if interested, follow instructions there for submitting an application.
The CEO of Project Success oversees over 100 employees and an annual budget of about $1.8 million dollars. The program provides academic support and enrichment programs for children at 15 sites around Vermilion County.
