A Commencement Ceremony is set this evening (Friday, May 17th) for the Class of 2019 at Danville Area Community College. A Nurse Pinning Ceremony was held Thursday.
Over 200 graduates are expected to participate in the Commencement Ceremony, but overall nearly 500 degrees and certificates will be conferred. The record number of graduates includes seven who have a cumulative grade point average of 4.0.
The GED and Middle College graduation is Saturday (May 18th). It will begin at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Bremer Theater on campus.
