Police in Westville are continuing their investigation into a strong armed robbery which occurred Sunday evening. The victim is a 25-year-old woman who says she was robbed in the 400 block of West Main Street in Westville shortly after 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
A 32-year-old Danville woman told police she was the victim of a vehicle invasion and aggravated battery early Sunday. The woman told police the incident occurred in the 500 block of North Gilbert Street in Danville.
Catlin Police are investigating a case involving alleged financial exploitation of an elderly person. The victim is a woman in her late 70s. Vermilion County Sheriff’s Police and Catlin Police received a report regarding the allegations late Sunday.
Danville Police are investigating a burglary which was discovered Monday morning (June 24th) at a chiropractic business at 612 North Logan Avenue. There was no immediate word on whether anything was taken.
