Ingredients / Directions:
Melt over hot water (or in microwave) 1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips.
Add 4 t. butter.
Remove from fire (or microwave).
Add 2 unbeaten eggs, 2 C. powdered sugar, 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows.
Scrape out of pan on waxed paper.
Roll in long roll, with paper.
Leave in paper until ready to bake (about 1-2 hours), keep roll in refrigerator and chilled.
When ready to bake, slice & bake 8-12 min. (watching to make sure it doesn’t cook to long) at 350.
