Danville residents now have a new online service to report street issues and code enforcement problems. The Report It! platform is expected to launch today.
Adam Aull, the city’s Geographic Information System coordinator, said at last night’s public safety meeting that the service is free for anyone to use and does not require anyone to sign up. It is also available on multiple platforms.
Users can visit cityofdanville.org and fill out information based on specific categories of complaints. An interactive map will be provided on the site for the user to pinpoint where exactly the incident is occurring. Aull said users can provide contact information but it is not required.
Report It! Replaces the Our Danville app, which is no longer being used by the city.
