The National Weather Service has posted a Wind Advisory for our area…effective from 10 o’clock this (Monday) morning until 7 o’clock this evening. South winds will be blowing at 25 to 35 miles per hour at times today, with gusts possibly reaching 45 miles per hour.
The gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages are also possible. Use extra caution while driving today (Monday, March 9th, 2020), especially if you are operating a high profile vehicle. And if you have objects outdoors that you do not want to be blow away, make sure you secure them.
