Danville Mayor Rickey Williams says his office and local police have been alerting some businesses that they do not fall within the ‘essential category’ during the current COVID-19 crisis. The mayor’s office has received what was described as ‘more than a few complaints’ about businesses that are possibly operating in violation of the Governor’s essential business order.
