A pre-school child and a resident in their 30s are the latest to test positive with COVID-19 coronavirus from Vermilion County. Douglas Toole, Administrator of the Vermilion County Health Department, says their diagnosis brings the county’s COVID-19 total to 13. He says the latest two cases are apparently not connected, and neither is currently hospitalized.
