The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 coronavirus jumped to 17 in Vermilion County today (Monday, April 27, 2020) County Health Department Administrator Doug Toole announced four more people have been diagnosed with the disease. He says all of them are related through family or marriage.
Toole (shown in foreground of photo) says three of the new cases are people in their twenties. The fourth is a pre-school aged child. It marks the second child who has been confirmed with the disease in the past week.
