The City of Danville’s public works department is set to begin making roadway repairs to a section of Harrison Street near the Fischer Theatre.
Beginning Monday, Harrison Street will be closed a little more than a block, from Vermilion Street to just west of Walnut Street. The project will also involve intermittent lane closures on Walnut at Harrison.
The project is expected to be completed by October 30. Motorists should expect delays and use caution. Detour signs will be posted around the site.
