A fire on Danville’s east side destroyed a garage and caused some exterior damage to the house next to it.
Danville Fire Lt. Chris McMahon says DFD was called to the house in the unit block of Ohio Street on Danville’s east side around 11:45 p.m. Sunday.
McMahon says the garage was fully engulfed with flames shooting up three to four stories high when firefighters arrived. The house next to it was also exposed to the flames.
The cause of the fire is undetermined and is under investigation. No one was injured.
