Four new COVID-19 cases have been reported locally.
Vermilion County Health Department Administrator Doug Toole says the new cases are one person in their 60’s, one teenager and two grade-school-aged children.
Three of the new cases are family-related. The total number of cases in Vermilion County now stands at 324.
The Illinois Department of Public Health announced 1,992 new cases on Sunday afternoon and said 11 more people have died, bringing the state’s totals to 233,335 cases and 8,019 deaths.
The statewide positivity rate is 4.2 percent.
