Fifty new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed in Vermilion County.
Vermilion County Health Department Administrator Doug Toole says the new cases, broken down by age, consist of:
- One person in their 80’s
- Five people in their 70’s
- Seven people in their 60’s
- Four people in their 50’s
- Four people in their 40’s
- 16 people in their 30’s
- Seven people in their 20’s
- Three teenagers
- Three grade-school-aged children
Currently, Vermilion County has 333 active cases, down four from Friday, and 39 people hospitalized, which is unchanged from Friday.
There have been 4,575 cases overall in the local area.
