Dua Lipa’s Studio 2054 livestream was nearly ruined by hackers.
James Sutcliffe of LiveNow, who hosted the livestream, told The Sun that they were victims of a cyber-attack at the start of the show.
He added, “The years of experience our tech team had streaming live sports events meant they were ready to deal with that. The stream didn’t go down, users didn’t notice anything and we delivered a huge show to a huge audience.”
The virtual concert featuring Lipa, Elton John, Kylie Minogue, Angele, Bad Bunny, FKA Twigs, J Balvin, Tainy and Miley Cyrus pulled in more than 5 million views.
