The Vermilion County Health Department is conducting three different vaccination clinics this week for COVID-19, and plenty of appointment times are still available for residents to take advantage of.
Officials will be administering the Johnson and Johnson vaccine on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Oakwood Grade School. They will be stationed at Salt Fork Junior High School in Jamaica on Thursday from 3-7 p.m. Both clinics are open to Illinois residents age 18 and older.
A second-dose Moderna clinic will be held on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Health Department (200 S. College St. in Danville). Other clinics will be held there on May 14th, 15th and 20th.
You can register for a vaccination appointment by visiting VCHD.org or by calling 217-431-2662.
