An intersection at the entrance to the Denvale subdivision will become a three-way stop starting on Wednesday.
The city announced on Monday that the intersection of Country Club Drive and Denvale Drive will see stop signs being installed during the ongoing construction project along Old Ottawa Road.
Crews are realigning a portion of the roadway that curves around the subdivision, which is located west of Lake Vermilion. Traffic is being detoured through Denvale during the project. The change is expected to last through August.
Construction work in the area is part of the Northwest Sanitary Sewer Reconstruction project, which also includes the work on the bridge over Lake Vermilion.
