If you are not vaccinated against COVID yet and would like to be, there’s an opportunity Tuesday at Liberty Village of Danville, 7 AM to 3 PM. Vermilion County Health Department spokesperson Douglas Toole says this is a Pfizer vaccination clinic, being run by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
AUDIO: State of Illinois Department of Public Health, working with EMA, Emergency Management, has been great about setting up these little pop-up vaccination clinics. They’re reaching out to a lot of potential host sites, in Vermilion County and around the state, saying ‘would you be willing to have us here, for a couple or three hours, on a particular day that we can vaccinate some people who are interested.
The clinic will be outside of Hawthorne Inn at Liberty Village of Danville, 3222 Independence Drive.
