Saturday from 4 PM to 7 PM, the NAACP will be hosting a COVID vaccination clinic over at Mark Denman Elementary School at 930 Colfax Street. Local NAACP president Ed Butler says, this is a Pfizer vaccination clinic for those 12 and older , and there’s a lot more scheduled as well.
AUDIO: We are going to be having the first five people receiving a 50 dollar gift card to Rawhides. We have have other gifts to hand out as well. Come and join us for a hot dog sandwich, chips, and a drink. We’re just going to have a good time, and also hand out some backpacks and school supplies to the kids on that day as well.
There will also be some trick-or-treat candy for the little ones there, as Saturday is, of course, Halloween Eve.
