The new Danville Area Living Magazine is designed to focus not necessarily on businesses of Danville and the surrounding community, but people, and their unique stories. Publisher Shannon Schroeder told Linda Bolton on 1490 WDAN’s News Makers program that she was contacted by Best Version Media about possibly getting something like this going in the area. Schroeder says she wasn’t sure about jumping in at first, but eventually, she was convinced.

I plugged in and looked at the background of his company, and it looked like something that would be so good for Danville.
Schroeder also stated that a project like this was a dream she had, that had been placed on the back burner.

Danville Area Living Magazine is in the very early stages, with Best Version Media handling the circulation map, but expansion is expected.
