ISP Reports Accident in Edgar County Has Taken Two Lives

The Illinois State Police report that a three vehicle fatal traffic crash in Edgar County has taken two lives.  The accident occured at 9 AM Thursday morning along Illinois 133 at 1200 North.  Preliminary investigations show that a vehicle going east on 133 tried to pass another vehicle going east, but then sideswiped another vehicle going west on 133.  The car attempting to make the pass then struck the trailer being pulled by the car it was attempting to pass.  The driver and passenger in the vehicle attempting to make the pass were pronounced deceased on the scene.  A 52-year-old male from Evansville, Indiana, William A Weber, the driver of the passing vehicle; and a 33-year-old male from Evansville, Bryan L Dunning, the passenger in the passing vehicle, are the two victims.
