THE FOLLOWING IS A CITY OF DANVILLE RELEASE
The City of Danville would like to announce that the temporary one-lane closure to thru traffic on Denmark Road has been rescheduled to start on Friday March 4, 2022. The contractor will be clearing trees and brush along the Lake Vermilion causeway having the westbound traffic lane closed with flaggers starting at approximately 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. This work will take three working days and to be completed on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.
Roadway signage will be in place and flaggers will be directing traffic in both directions during this temporary lane closure. Motorists should use caution around the work zone.
