Ingredients:
2 cups lightly crushed pretzels
1/3 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
20 ounces drained crushed pineapple
8 ounces cool whip
Instructions:
Mix together crushed pretzels, 1/3 cup of sugar and melted butter. Bake for 7 minutes at 350°F. Stir after removing, while it’s cooling.
Cream together 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese. Stir in crushed pineapple and then fold in cool whip. Finally stir in the 3/4 of pretzels mix, and save the rest to top salad before serving.
