Danville, April 13, 2022 – Life is sweet! Venture Downtown on Friday, May 6 from 5-8 PM for Sweets in the Streets, a sweets-themed evening in the heart of Danville. This event features sweets vendors, community bake sale, live music, and much more!
+The Fischer Theatre will be showing Willy Wonka at 7 PM for a fee and there will be appearances from two of the Willy Wonka characters.
+Cake Auction for two of Kayla’s Chic Treats gourmet cakes in the Fischer Lobby!
+Fischer concessions open for the whole evening!
+VRBC will have cupcake and beer pairings with Kayla’s Chic Treats!
+Kona Ice will be Downtown!
+Community Bake Sale at Temple Plaza!
+Suzi Q’s Food Truck will be at Temple Plaza with Elephant Ears, Funnel Cakes, and Lemon Shake Ups!
+Gourmet Cotton Candy at Lovin’ Cup Food Truck and delicious ice cream at Lainey’s!
+How Many Candies in the Jar? Guessing Game at local Shops with prizes for the winners!
+Sweet Adelines Performance at 6 PM at Temple Plaza!
+From 6-8 PM, strolling musicians will serenade you while you’re on your sweet adventure Downtown!
