JOE DUNAGAN OF THE PALMER ARENA PROVIDED THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS TO OUR NEWS DEPARTMENT:
AUDIO: Byron Bell, the owner of the team, I guess has been in the Palmer Arena for some events in the past. He’s owned this team in Chicago for a number of years. He always thought that this would be a great place to have a football game.
AUDIO: They play in a multi-purpose facility with a number of basketball courts laid out side-to-side. A couple of dates opened up here for us, and I contacted him; and he said, “man, I’d love to come down there and see what we could do!”
