THE FOLLOWING IS A CITY OF DANVILLE RELEASE
The City of Danville would like to announce an extension to the roadway closure to thru traffic on Seminary Street from North Washington Avenue to Anderson Street.
The contractor performing maintenance on the Danville Sanitary District sewer interceptor line with bypass pumping in place has requested a one-week extension of the closure.
The Seminary Street closure will last through to Wednesday, May 25, 2022. Roadway barricades, Road Closed, and Detour signage will be in place directing traffic to West Williams Street. Motorists should use caution around the work zone and choose an alternate route.
