The annual fundraiser car show is coming up this Saturday in the Kruger Funeral Home parking lot in Danville at Hazel and Williams. And for the third time, the beneficiary will be Mission K-9 Warrier, the effort by Georgetown American Legion Post 203 to match up Veterans with PTSD with service dogs.
Jennifer Kruger recently told Laura Williams on 1490 WDAN’s Community Connection program that as always, admission is free. The funds for the program will be raised by donations. And, there will be plenty of musical entertainment.

The fundraiser car show in the Kruger Funeral Home parking lot at Hazel and Williams will run 9 AM to 2 PM Saturday, September 10th; with proceeds via donations going to Mission K-9 Warrier.
AUDIO: We have actually two bands this year. We have Logan Kirby, who has a beautiful voice. He sings a lot of your older country and newer country. He’s actually going to take the stage from 10 to 11:30 that morning. And then we have the band One Foot In, which, this is their third year with us. And everybody always laughs at that because we are a funeral home that sponsors it. And they’re taking the stage from 12 to 2.
The car show this Saturday the 10th goes 9 AM to 2 PM. You may register your car for the show anytime between 9 AM and Noon.
