THE FOLLOWING IS A HOOPESTON POLICE DEPARTMENT RELEASE
City of Hoopeston will open its warming center in City Hall at 301 W Main from 7pm tonight to 7 am Tuesday Morning.
Wind Chills are forecast with winds to be from zero to -10 degrees over night.
