THE FOLLOWING IS A PRAIRIELANDS SCOUTS BSA TROOP 399 RELEASE
Danville, IL – Prairielands Scouts BSA Troop 399
On Thursday, February 23rd, at 6 o’clock pm, at the American Legion Post 210 located at 201 Prospect Place, Danville, IL, there will be a FREE event for ALL youth ages 10 and older to attend a Virtual STEM night. This event is hosted by the Scouts BSA Troop 399. We invite all youth to participate to learn about the various industries in Vermilion County and what educational programs are offered at Danville Area Community College to pursue a career in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
All youth will have the opportunity to win prizes, explore the Prairielands Council STEM mobile trailer, learn about the scouting program, and the STEM community here in Vermilion County!
Featured businesses include Danville Metal, Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 149, Sygma Network, Thyssenkrupp, and Watchfire.
