DANVILLE, IL – The Vermilion County Coroner, Jane McFadden, has stated that the victim in a motorcycle vs vehicle accident on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at approximately 4:36 PM is Jeremy A. Irons, 35, of Danville, IL.
An autopsy is scheduled for this week. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Illinois State Police and the Vermilion County Coroner’s Office.

A GoFundMe fundraiser has been created to help the family pay for Irons’ memorial expenses as well as medical bills and living expenses for his eight children.
“He did not have any type of life insurance to help cover the expenses for the funeral or anything to help take care of his kids in a situation like this,” the fundraiser reads. “Arielle is still in critical condition and we are praying for full recovery.”
