Danville’s Mosaic City Church is giving high school students a place to go after this Friday night’s (Sept 22nd) Danville High School football game. The Mosaic Church will be hosting activities at the Danville Family YMCA from 9:30 to 11:30 PM. Pastor LeStan Hoskins explains.
Audio PlayerAUDIO: There’s going to be basketball courts, volleyball, we’re going to play dodge ball. But also there’s going to be open space where they can listen to music. We’re going to provide snacks. Just an opportunity to connect with high school students, but also give them a safe space to hang out with their friends; and give the parents peace of mind that they’re children are in a safe space, and they’re having fun.
Once again that’s 9:30 to 11:30 PM this Friday, a place for high school students to go after the Danville High School football game. It’s open to DHS students as well as high school students throughout Vermilion County.
