THE FOLLOWING RELEASE IS FROM THE CITY OF HOOPESTON EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY
With temperatures slated to be at or below zero, beginning Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 7:00 pm and going through Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 7:00 am, the City of Hoopeston will be opening city hall to be used as a warming center.
