Danville, January 18, 2024 – Greetings! Due to the low water pressure issues because of extreme temperatures in the region, our Public Works facility located at 1155 E. Voorhees Street will be closed for the remainder of the day today and tomorrow. Trash pickup schedules will remain unaffected, and although the physical office is closed, operations will continue.
City Hall, located at 17 W. Main Street will remain open for the remainder of the day today and will be closed tomorrow, January 19, 2024. All employees will be working remotely and can be reached via email. If you need assistance, you can call the main line (217.431.2200) during our regular business hours (8 AM – Noon and 1 PM – 4:30 PM) for assistance.
