Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream together the butter and sugars until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Add the egg and vanilla to the butter mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Add the flour to the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Scoop cookie dough into balls that are about 1 tablespoon. Space them evenly on your cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until they are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool until they are crispy!
