Ingredients:
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped semisweet chocolate
- 2 and 1/2 cups chow mein noodles
- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips
- 30 mini chocolate eggs
Instructions:
- Set a medium bowl over a saucepan containing about 1 inch of water and turn heat to low. Add the chocolate, butterscotch, and salt to the bowl. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
- Remove bowl from sauce pan and fold in the chow mein noodles until coated evenly.
- Place about 2 spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment paper that lines a sheet tray. Make a divet in the center of the mixture to shape into a nest.
- Set aside and let the chocolate-butterscotch coating set. Add 3 or so eggs on top of each nest. Enjoy!
