Some area high school students are being honored for their entries in this year’s Congressional Art Competition. Congresswoman Robin Kelly passed out awards at the Danville Art League building Tuesday evening and said there were 96 entries in her district this year…

Representative Kelly says the talent shown by the students is amazing…

Kelly also thanked art teachers for the work they do with students.
The top three entries in Kelly’s congressional district are all from the Chicago area.
A pencil drawing by Danville High School junior Abigail Hogg won fourth place among the 96 entries.
