THE FOLLOWING ARE CITY OF DANVILLE RELEASES
The City of Danville would like to announce a Contractor request for a roadway closure for water main service connection for the Northeast Elementary Magnet School construction project. Beginning at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2024, there will be a complete roadway closure on
Lorraine Street south of English Street.
It is anticipated that the street will fully reopen by 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2024. This closure will impact motorists traveling northbound and southbound on Lorraine Street. Please choose an alternate route to avoid delays. Motorists and pedestrians are urged to use caution while traveling
near the roadway closure corridor.

Park Street south of East Main Street.
