Ingredients:
- 28 sheets graham crackers
- 2 sticks salted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate
- 14 oz of sweet condensed milk
- 10 oz of mini marshmallows
Instructions:
- Place an oven rack in the center of the oven and another rack about 6 inches from the top, in the upper third. Line a 13×9 inch baking pan with foil and cooking spray.
- Pulse the graham crackers in a food processor until they are finely ground. Add the butter and sugar and combine until the mixture holds together when pressed. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared and pack it tightly. Bake on the center rack in the oven until golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- In a medium-sized heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, combine the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted. Pour over the cooled crust immediately, making sure to smooth in an even layer. Scatter the marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
- Heat the oven to broil and place the bars on the upper rack. Broil for about 1 to 2 minutes, until the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
- Remove from the oven and put into the freezer for about 20 minutes to set. Use the foil to remove from the pan, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
