Coaches Taylor Williams and Bryan Simmons saw their DHS Girls Flag Football Team defeat Peoria Richwoods 12-6 Thursday (Aug 29th) afternoon. Touchdowns were scored by Amara McFarland (pick 6) and Jada Bell (32 yard TD reception).

It was the first ever game at the refurbished, field turf, Ned Whitesell Field; and the first girls flag football game in Danville High School history. The game was heard live on 94.9 K-Rock.
