The 9th Annual Memorial Way Car Show at Kruger Funeral Home in Danville is set for this Saturday, September 7th, 9 AM to 2 PM. As owner Jennifer Kruger reminds us it will be a day of cars, music, and a great cause.
AUDIO: So it is a completely free event; hosted by the funeral home, Anchor Lodge, and Further Light Masonic Lodge. And so we have food, we have music, we have three different raffles going on. And then of course it’s a car show. So anybody and everybody can bring their car down, no judging, it’s just to have a great day together. And everything is by donation only to raise money for K9 Warrior.
Mission K9 Warrior is based out of American Legion Post 203 in Georgetown; dedicated to funding PTSD service K9s, and providing them to Veterans in services with PTSD at no charge. The musical entertainment Saturday at Kruger will include Logan Kirby and the Danville Blues Coalition.
