The Kennekuk Road Runners are getting ready for their fall event; the Saturday, September 14th WILD WILD WILDERNESS run at Kickapoo. As Adrianne Thompson recently explained to Laura Williams on 1490 WDAN’s Community Connection program, the Kennekuk Road Runners oo a “grand slam” of four major events each year.
AUDIO: One is in January. One is in March. One is in May. And the last one is coming up now in September. It’s called the WILD WILD WILDERNESS. And it’s also out at the Kickapoo State Park. And it’s a 5K option, or you can run a 7.455 mile option; or you can be a little bit crazy and do both!
